Message from the Founding President, Juan Tony Collazo
Dear Title Study community,
Today, February 8, 2024, marks the beginning of a new chapter in the history of Estudio deTitle, a company that has been my pride and passion since its conception. It is with great enthusiasm and a deep sense of gratitude that I announce the transition of Estudio deTitle under the banner of Encanto Realty Group, LLC, with me at the helm as CEO and President.
Challenges and Evolution
Since our inception, we have faced countless challenges that tested our resilience and determination. The creation of our application was no exception; It was a journey full of technical, legal and operational obstacles. We set out to revolutionize the way degree studies are conducted in Puerto Rico, and that required unprecedented innovation and constant adaptation.
One of the main difficulties was the integration of advanced technology that could efficiently and securely handle the vast amount of real estate data and transactions. Additionally, adapting our platform to be accessible and useful to a diverse audience, from lawyers and brokers to surveyors and bank officers, presented a significant challenge. However, with a dedicated team and a clear vision, we managed to overcome these barriers, implementing major modifications that have shaped what Estudio de Title is today.
The Public Reception
The response from our community has been overwhelmingly positive. Lawyers, real estate brokers, surveyors, bank officials, and even employees of the land registry, a department of the Department of Justice, have welcomed our platform with open arms. This widespread acceptance validates our commitment to providing a tool that not only simplifies, but also improves the efficiency and transparency of title studies in Puerto Rico.

Under the leadership of Encanto Realty Group, LLC, we are prepared to expand our boundaries and explore new opportunities that continue to revolutionize the real estate sector.
