Estudio de Titulo reserves the right to grant a credit note for the exact amount of the amount paid by the client or as appropriate following the established policy. Under no circumstances does our company handle cash, so we will not be making refunds in this way.
refunds
- Once your request for reimbursement is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your request. We will also confirm that your refund has been approved or denied.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refund
- If you haven't received your refund after a certain number of days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If this does not help you, we suggest you contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund is posted.

- Only items purchased at regular price can be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.
