Rules to prevent misleading advertising and protect consumers

What happens if the study cannot be completed?

If it is not possible to complete the study due to external limitations, lack of registry information or other circumstances beyond the company's control, possible alternatives will be evaluated, including partial credit, based on the work already completed.

Is a title study an official certification or guarantee?

No. A title search is an informative and technical report. It does not constitute an official certification from the Land Registry, nor an absolute legal guarantee, nor title insurance. Its content depends on the information available at the time of the analysis.

What happens if I provide incorrect information?

The client is responsible for the information provided. If the data is incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient, the study results may be affected. In these cases, no refunds or credits will be issued, and a new application will be required.

Can I cancel the service once it has been requested?

Yes, you can request a cancellation in writing. However, because the service begins as soon as the request is received, cancellation does not guarantee a refund or credit.

Are refunds issued?

No. All payments are final and non-refundable once the service has been requested and processed. This is due to the personalized nature of the work, the time invested, and the resources used from the beginning of the process.

Are there any alternatives to a refund?

In some cases, the company may consider granting an internal credit for future use. This credit is not mandatory, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash.
