Return Policy for Title Study:
1. Todas las solicitudes de estudio de título serán procesadas electrónicamente a través del portal estudiodetitulo.net o contratista.estudiodetitulo.net. Estas solicitudes pueden ser realizadas por el cliente o por el investigador de título.
2. In the event of return or cancellation of a study or certification, the applicant is warned that they must cover the excess expenses of performing said service.
3. At the time of cancellation, the client must comply with the expenses already incurred for his previous request.
4. Title Study is not responsible for complying with the contracted services if the applicant does not comply with the requirements of the transaction.
5. The information contained in the title studies will be an extract of what reflects our investigation in the property registry and the data obtained from the folio and volume of the property. Title Studio and all its staff are not responsible for said content. Likewise, if the content is not updated and/or does not contain any information other than that provided by the Property Registry.
6. No refunds will be made once the title study is sent to the applicant.
7. No refunds will be made if the applicant provides incorrect information about the property or property and the title study has already been processed and sent to the applicant.
8. The applicant has the option to continue with the service, but must pay for any expenses already incurred in advance due to the error made by the applicant.
9. The applicant can cancel the service, however, they will be responsible for the expenses incurred prior to cancellation.
10. We want to inform our clients that our legal responsibility in case of claims or refund requests is limited exclusively to the amount paid by the client for the title study service. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense related to the title study application or its cancellation. We recommend our customers carefully review the terms and conditions before conducting any transaction to ensure a clear understanding of our legal limits and responsibilities.
"In addition, for any claim or return request, it is necessary that the customer initiate the process within a period of no more than 72 hours through a technical support or support ticket on our portal, providing all the relevant and detailed information about the reason for the claim. It is important to note that, in some cases, we will only be able to make a partial refund due to possible operational expenses incurred during the processing of the title study, as well as internal revenue stamps paid in connection with the transaction. We are committed to carefully reviewing each case and providing a response or solution in the shortest possible time."
